1. What this site is. Aurum Transfers is a free travel comparison and information site. We are not a transport operator, tour operator or travel agent (see "We are not a transport operator"). 2. Partner bookings. Bookings are made on partner sites. Your contract, payment, cancellation and refund rights are with the partner. 3. Information. The composer answers from checked tables. Prices, distances and times shown are indicative; the partner's checkout price is final. Check important details (visa, health, safety, schedules) with official sources. 4. Acceptable use. No scraping at volume, automated querying of the composer, attempts to break security, or unlawful use. 5. Content. Site content is written by Aurum Transfers. You may share links; do not copy content wholesale. 6. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for partner services or for losses from relying on indicative information. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by law. 7. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without removing consumer protections of your home country. 8. Refunds follow the refund policy. Travel you reserve with a partner is a separate contract with that partner.
